TICKET DELIVERY - NASCAR Chicago Street Race

New for 2025! Your ticket and account management have moved to Ticketmaster. The streamlined platform makes it even easier to manage your experience. Log in with the same email as your existing NASCAR Chicago Street Race account to activate your Ticketmaster access.

With this update, you’ll be able to access your tickets all digitally and even sooner than previous years! Please check out the below options for accessing your tickets in a few different ways. You can navigate to MY EVENTS in your account to confirm your order has been placed.

*Please note that no matter what experience you may have chosen for this year’s Chicago Street Race, all ticket delivery and options are digital in 2025. Hospitality guests will receive a wristband upon first entering their specific hospitality area to expedite access and re-entry.

Accessing, logging in, and transferring mobile tickets via the NASCAR Tracks app:

Login to Your Account

Step 1 – Download the official NASCAR Tracks app and sign up or log in.
Step 2 – Select MY TICKETS from the primary menu bar.
Step 3 – Log in using the email address and password associated with your Track/Ticketmaster ticket account.
- These credentials may be different from the ones used to sign into the track app.

Access Your Tickets

Step 1 – From the MY TICKETS page in the app, tap on your event to view your ticket, then tap BARCODE.
Step 2 – At the gate, have your ticket open and ready to go. Simply tap, scan, and go to enter.
- If entering with a group, you can transfer their tickets within the app using the TRANSFER button.
Step 3 – To avoid connectivity issues at the venue, it is recommended to add your tickets to your phone’s digital wallet.
- You can then access your tickets via your phone’s lock screen or digital wallet at all times, regardless of connectivity.

Transfer Your Tickets

Step 1 – From the app, tap on your event to view your ticket, then tap TRANSFER.
Step 2 – Select the tickets you want to transfer.
Step 3 – Enter your recipient’s information, tap TRANSFER TICKETS, and you’re all set.

Important Recommendation

It is highly recommended to transfer tickets before race day to ensure a smooth race day experience.
When transferring tickets, you will receive two (2) emails:
- One confirming your tickets have been sent.
- Another when the recipient accepts the tickets.
The recipient will also receive an email or SMS prompt to accept the tickets.
Once a ticket transfer is accepted, the tickets will no longer be available in your account, and you won’t be able to use them for event entry.
Recipients must have a Ticketmaster account or create one when prompted.
