BLUE DOOR NEIGHBORHOOD CENTER BLOCK PARTY

The Annual Blue Door Neighborhood Center Block Party in Morgan Park provides an opportunity to have some fun, get active, and learn about classes and workshops the center offers online and in-person at no cost. The NASCAR Chicago team was proud to bring an official Chicago Street Race pace car, Remote Controlled car course, promotional items, and prizes. 
BLUE MONDAY - MEN'S HEALTH EVENT

Blue Monday is the official kickoff for National Men's Health Week, raising awareness for Men’s health issues in partnership with BCBS. Participants had the opportunity to learn about health disparities in Chicago and how they can navigate their healthcare journey. The NASCAR Chicago team joined the celebration and brought out a racing simulator, remote controlled car course, promotional items, and prizes. 
FRIENDSGIVING

The NASCAR Chicago Street Race and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois teams provided local residents with turkeys at the Blue Door Neighborhood Center at Morgan Park on Chicago’s far South Side. In addition, NASCAR provided three community-based organizations (Omega Y.E.S. Mentoring, Salud Chicago, and Star Farms) with donations for the work they provide to the communities they serve. 
LURIE CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL


Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Illinois, NASCAR, The NASCAR Foundation, and NASCAR Cup Series Driver Harrison Burton visited Lurie Children’s Hospital to bring cheer to patients and families, delivering teddy bears to pediatric patients and a check for the hospital’s life-saving programs as a part of the race week festivities. 
MOUNT SINAI HOSPITAL


During race week, Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Illinois, NASCAR, The NASCAR Foundation and NASCAR Cup Series Driver Harrison Burton visited Mount Sinai Hospital in Chicago's North Lawndale neighborhood to deliver blankets to cancer patients and a donation to the hospital’s critical programs.

Chicago Street Race Founding Partner Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Illinois and NASCAR Chicago Street Race provided a charitable donation as a part of a holiday giving program between the two organizations.

Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Illinois and NASCAR Chicago Street Race visited with patients, families, and healthcare providers at University of Illinois Health and provided a charitable donation to the organization. 
ST. BERNARD HOSPITAL


As one of Chicago’s vital safety-net hospitals, St. Bernard Hospital provides lifesaving services to residents of Englewood and the surrounding neighborhoods. In support of this critical mission, Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Illinois and The NASCAR Chicago Street Race provided a charitable donation to the historic facility.   
HUMBOLDT PARK HEALTH


As a pillar of the community on Chicago’s West Side, Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Illinois and NASCAR Chicago Street Race were proud to support Humboldt Park Health with a charitable donation and tour their state-of-the-art mobile health equipment.  
ROSELAND HOSPITAL

 Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Illinois and NASCAR Chicago Street Race were proud to provide a charitable contribution to Roseland Community Hospital to support their mobile mammography program and other critical initiatives provided by the safety-net hospital in the West Roseland neighborhood on the Far South Side.
